Gary M. Bullock

Colin joined the firm in 2011 after graduating cum laude from the Willamette University College of Law. Colin served as an Articles Editor of the Willamette Law Review and earned the high paper award in five of his classes, including Oregon Criminal Procedure, taught by Chief Justice, Paul J. De Muniz, of the Oregon Supreme Court. Prior to attending law school, Colin earned a Master of Politics degree from the University of Dallas, where he focused on the political thought of the American Founders. Colin is also an accomplished percussionist, having been the principal timpanist for the Ricks College Symphony Orchestra. Before attending college, he taught percussion as a high school marching band instructor.

Colin's practice focuses on civil litigation. Colin is an excellent writer, having written several appellate briefs and numerous other court documents for courts in Oregon and Washington. He has also published an article in the Gonzaga Law Review on the constitutional right to freedom of religious expression. Before joining the firm, Colin clerked at the Spokane law firm of Waldo, Schweda & Montgomery. He was also an extern at the Public Defender of Marion County, Inc. in Salem, Oregon. Colin believes that precise and articulate writing has a profound influence on courts, and he strives to provide the highest quality of writing possible for clients.
